ECnet - Sterling Commerce Seminar 2008

ECnet has once again joint hands with Principal – Sterling Commerce, organizing a successful event - BUSINESS WITHOUT BORDERS, in Penang after holding one in Kuala Lumpur..

During the event, the participants had the opportunity to hear from the respective speakers on topics, such as:

Efficient Management of B2B transactions – ERP & EDI.
Connecting Partners, Suppliers and Customers Efficiently.
Business Collaboration in Manufacturing & Distribution.
Procurement & Inventory Management.

It was indeed another fruitful and enjoyable session to our guests. They had a chance to network amongst whom are from various industries and friends.

At the end of the event, three lucky participants walked away with a brand new mobile phone during the lucky draw session

ECnet has been actively involved in various marketing events throughout the year 2007 and had successfully held three seminars, along the North, Center and South region of Peninsular Malaysia.

ECnet has come into the limelight again in the year 2008 organizing a seminar in the Klang Valley with the title, BUSINESS WITHOUT BORDERS, joint organized with our Principal - Sterling Commerce.

The attendees, from the various industries – e.g. Manufacturing, Logistics and FMCG, had the chance to hear from the speakers on topics like:

Efficient Management of B2B transactions – ERP & EDI.
Connecting Partners, Suppliers and Customers Efficiently.
Business Collaboration in Manufacturing & Distribution.
End-to-End Supply Chain Visibility.

Following the success of the first ECnet Supply Chain Seminar in Kuala Lumpur (May 2007) and Penang (August 2007), ECnet, once again with its channel partner, INFOR Global Solutions, held its THIRD Supply Chain Seminar at The Zon Regency Hotel, Johor on 13th November 2007. The attendees had the chance to hear from the speakers on a range of topics like:

Manufacturing & Distribution Trends and Strategies in Asia.

Success Stories of ECnet's customers which include some of Japan's Largest Electronics Manufacturers and Integrated Logistics Company.

The latest solutions : APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling Solutions), VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory), EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and Infor ERP Syteline.

ECnet, along with its partners, Infor Singapore and Trace Tracker, held its Supply Chain Seminar recently at the Pan Pacific Hotel, Singapore on 26 October 2007. The participants were given an insight into areas like Demand Planning & Forecasting, Warehouse Management System, Inventory Visibility and Traceability Solution as well as the use of RFID/ Bar-code in efficient Planning & Tracking of inventory and how it can benefit their organizations. ECnet participates in Bangkok ICT SME Seminar

ECnet exhibited at the recent Bangkok ICT SME Seminar, held on 20-21 September 2007, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Bangkok Thailand. The summit brings first-hand information from suppliers to end-users from all industry sectors technologies and solutions that are currently in trend and are becoming indispensable to SME operations.

The theme “The Net Generation SME” underscores the importance of the Internet world (Net world) in which SMEs are operating in. It conveys the advocacy of SMEs growth and vitality through Internet -oriented technologies and applications which are becoming prevalent to today’s business environment. The 2-day Summit was held together with the 1st Regional Software Park Forum, ASOCIO Multilateral Trade Visit and Software Exhibitions. Below are some photo snippets:
